01General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 229 bet and its users. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

229 bet's terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and other countries where services are provided. 02Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 229 bet, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a rejected registration, and if a breach is discovered later, the account will be terminated.

• Each individual may register only one account.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

07Account Closure & Suspension

229 bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. Such action may generally be taken without prior notice where security requires it.

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Registration using false or fraudulent information.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• By order of a court or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. If a withdrawable balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met. Please contact our support team for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

08Limitation of Liability

229 bet makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services. However, 229 bet accepts no liability for the following.

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
